Terms of Service
Last updated: March 17, 2026.
By using the SweatDrop app or website you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before registering.
1. Who we are and what we offer
SweatDrop is a platform that provides gyms with gamification tools — leaderboards, challenges, a rewards system and member activity tracking. It provides users with a mobile app to track workouts, earn drops and compete with others.
These terms apply to all users of the platform: end users (gym members), gym owners and administrators.
SweatDrop is not a medical service. Workout metrics, challenges and rewards are for motivation and engagement only. Before starting or changing an exercise programme, consult a qualified professional, especially if you have health concerns.
2. Registration and account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use SweatDrop.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide when registering.
- You are responsible for the security of your password and all activity on your account.
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse the system is not allowed.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
3. Drops system and rewards
3.1 What are drops
Drops are virtual points you earn through training and activity at the gym. Drops have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users or withdrawn from the platform.
3.2 Rewards
You can spend drops in your gym's Store on rewards defined by the gym owner. SweatDrop is not responsible for the availability, quality or delivery of physical rewards — that is solely the gym owner's responsibility.
Virtual rewards (badges, ranks) are permanent and cannot be removed except in cases of proven system abuse.
3.3 No manipulation
Manipulating the drops system in any way is prohibited — including using someone else's QR code for check-in, leaving equipment running without active training to earn drops, or any other way of circumventing the system. Violation of this rule results in permanent account termination.
4. Check-in and GPS
Check-in at the gym reception requires you to be physically at the gym or in the immediate vicinity (within 200 metres). By consenting to location access, you understand that SweatDrop checks your position only at the moment you scan the QR code.
Check-in is also possible without GPS permission, but is then recorded as an unverified check-in. The gym owner can see the GPS status of check-ins.
5. Code of conduct
By using SweatDrop you agree not to:
- Abuse the drops system or rewards
- Harass, insult or threaten other users
- Post offensive, discriminatory or illegal content (username, avatar)
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
- Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the platform
- Create fake accounts to manipulate leaderboards or challenges
6. Gym owners — special terms
6.1 Gym owner obligations
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your gym data (name, address, GPS coordinates).
- You are responsible for the rewards you define in the Store — availability, description and delivery.
- You must inform members that the gym uses SweatDrop and that data is collected.
- You must not use member data for purposes other than running the gym.
- You are responsible for the security of gym administrator access credentials.
6.2 Pilot programme
During the 90-day pilot you use PRO features free of charge. SweatDrop provides sensors and installation. When the pilot ends:
- You choose a paid plan or cancel — no penalty.
- If you cancel, SweatDrop removes the sensors within the agreed period.
- You keep all member data — it is yours.
- Sponsorship revenue earned during the pilot is 100% yours.
6.3 Sweat Arenas and sponsorship
By participating in Sweat Arenas you accept the revenue share terms set out in the invitation (typically 70% gym, 30% SweatDrop). SweatDrop coordinates the relationship with the sponsor and payments.
6.4 Sweat Arenas — participation rules
By joining an arena you accept:
- The opt-in condition as defined (free, drops cost, streak or level)
- Drops paid at opt-in are refunded only if the arena is cancelled before the start date
- If a gym withdraws from an arena before the start, drops are automatically refunded to all its participants
- Revenue share between the gym and SweatDrop (70/30) applies to all sponsored arenas
7. Payment and subscriptions
After the pilot period, subscription is charged monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period, with no refund for the unused part of the month.
SweatDrop reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice before new prices take effect.
8. Intellectual property
The SweatDrop platform, logo, design and software are the intellectual property of SweatDrop. By using the platform you do not acquire any rights to these elements.
Content you provide (avatar, username) remains your property. You grant us permission to display it within the platform.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We give advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
We reserve the right to change, improve or discontinue features. We will notify users and gym owners in advance of significant changes.
10. Limitation of liability
SweatDrop is not liable for:
- Physical injury during training
- Unavailability or delay of physical rewards from the gym owner
- Loss of drops due to technical issues (we will restore drops in case of our error)
- Damage from unauthorised account access due to an insufficiently secure password
- Content or policies of gyms using the platform
11. Account termination and suspension
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
SweatDrop may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in case of:
- Proven abuse of the drops system
- Breach of the code of conduct
- Activity that threatens the security of the platform or other users
- Non-payment of subscription (gym owners) — after notice and a 7-day grace period
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes arising from the use of the SweatDrop platform are subject to the courts of Belgrade.
Before starting legal proceedings, please contact us at support@sweat-drop.com— we can usually resolve issues directly.
13. Changes to the terms
We will notify you of significant changes to the terms by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that period is taken as acceptance of the new terms.
